Google Maps to navigate on the T-Mobile G1 ported
The persons from XDA-Developers have been working again and extracted the Google Maps navigation from the Motorola Droid ROM and on the T-Mobile G1 made ready to run.
Google Maps navigation is an online GPS navigation system with voice output. It is part of Google Maps for Mobile and is available for smart phones with Android 2.0. Currently the Google Maps navigation is only in the English-language Google Maps.
Google Maps navigation uses the Internet connection on the phone to display the latest maps and business data.This Google maps is more than I thought and it is available for American users and in this maps the details can be viewed very accurately and faster than the other navigation tools.
