The well-known camera manufacturer Olympus introduced a new Camera which comes along with a 7 times wide  optical zoom and can also scan a sharp moving objects within a short time.

This will be enhanced with autofocus which follows the focused object, a mechanical image stabilizer and the use of high ISO values obtained and depending on the lighting conditions grainy shots may occur. The camera has 12 megapixels, a 2.7 inch large screen and a Focal from 28-196 mm. Other features include face detection for up to 16 people and the automatic detection of the most common shooting situations and the compact metal housing of the device is suitable for those situations. Also the inclusion of video with sound is possible with a resolution of up to 640 x 480 pixels and 30 frames per second. The data can be either on the camera’s own xD card format or can save that in more widely used MicroSD cards. Sony announced the T700 and T77 two new compact cameras, it’s what comes along at the back with no buttons and are equipped with a touchscreen instead. Both cameras have a CCD with 10.1 megapixels, a Carl Zeiss lens, 4x optical zoom and image stabilizer. As a special feature, the cameras can be used to take pictures in the portrait mode. Moreover, whether a person’s eyes are closed we can rectify that by customizing 2 photos and compare them with each other.

With a thickness of only 13.9 mm, the T77 is the world’s slimmest camera with a touchscreen of 3 inches which is great in this model. The T700 is only slightly thicker and comes with a 3.5 inch touch screen and also has 4 GB of onboard memory.

The T77 is in the colors of brown, green, pink, black and silver and was available in market from September for the equivalent of about 320 francs (200 euros), the T700 in red, gold, pink, dark gray and silver for 425 francs (260 euros).
