The persons from XDA-Developers have been working again and extracted the Google Maps navigation from the Motorola Droid ROM and on the T-Mobile G1 made ready to run.
Google Maps navigation is an online GPS navigation system with voice output. It is part of Google Maps for Mobile and is available for smart phones with Android 2.0. Currently the Google Maps navigation is only in the English-language Google Maps.

filetype:
The filetype: Can determine their function, that only documents to be searched by a particular file type. Searching for “filetype: c” Hello World “” provides us with some C source code files with “Hello World” programs.
site:
The site: If we want only web pages from the .com domain then we can do that by providing our
Search string match. “site: com” look for us all. com domains out.
